Fix CI: update test project reference and namespaces for Nalu.Web

- Test project was referencing non-existent Nalu.Api.csproj → Nalu.Web.csproj
- Replace using Nalu.Api.* → Nalu.Web.* in all test files
- Skip PipelineIntegration tests in CI (require live MongoDB)
